DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Work completion requires a minimum of 2–3 months, and the artist shall inform the client of any delays or events that prevent them from working on the piece for any period of time.
If the delay becomes significant, the client may receive a “freebie” (a smaller piece for free) as compensation.The work will be delivered in digital format as PNG files and PSD files, through Email, Discord, or any other channel that the artist and client agree upon.♡INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE
The artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying, advertising, printing, and sharing the artwork and work-in-progress on websites, social media, portfolios, and public broadcast channels (e.g., Twitch).The client receives exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the artwork for personal use only, including:Display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization (e.g., profile pictures, banners, posts)Printing and framing in personal spacesDisplay as part of designs on websites or channels, excluding use within monetized contentThe client will not claim the artwork as their own and must credit the artist by linking their corresponding social media when using the artwork as stated above.The client will not modify or edit the artwork in any way unless permission is given by the artist.♡ Finished commissioned artworks will be used in Comm Sheets.
♡There will be public posts of Work in Progress/General Status Updates for all clients, unless I'm told otherwise by the client.Commercial usage rights (use of the artwork in monetized instances, selling or reselling the artwork, use as part of any product, or on another platform) are not included unless explicitly stated in the commission type or otherwise agreed upon.
Additional charges are required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2× the original cost of the piece.Usage of the artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, or programs; ML (machine learning) training; NFTs; blockchain; or any other for-profit platforms or purposes is strictly prohibited.♡REFUNDS
Refunds shall not be issued once work has started and the first confirmation sketch has been sent, unless initiated by the artist.If the artwork cannot be completed in its entirety, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.♡COMMUNICATION
Ongoing communication will occur throughout the entire commission process to provide progress updates and receive feedback from the client.Response times may vary due to time zone differences, but responses are expected within:Up to 48 hours on weekends (Fri–Sun)If there is no response from the artist within the stipulated time, the client is encouraged to contact them again or try another method.Communication channels are up to the client’s choice, but DMs are preferred.The client is expected to remain responsive and understands that a lack of response will result in stalled progress, as no changes will be made without client confirmation.♡PAYMENTS
Payment is required entirely upfront, and all prices are listed in USD.Payment is processed through Ko-fi, and the client shall not request alternative payment methods or attempt to negotiate prices.The client understands that additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request.The client warrants that they will not issue chargebacks and agrees to follow the refund policy stated above.♡REVISIONS
The sketch provided by the artist will be as clear as possible so the client can request necessary major changes, ask questions for clarification, and confirm the design.Larger changes may be denied or may require an additional fee at the artist’s discretion during the rendering process.Once the artwork is completed or near completion, changes will be limited to colour adjustments only. Any larger changes will be denied or require an additional fee determined by the artist.The client understands that any changes requested during the process may result in a longer turnaround time.♡ART PROCESSSketch
